Policies
Shopping during the holidays can be
stressful. That's why we're offering the Extended Holiday Return Policy and the
Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy for certain products. To
determine if a product is covered by the Extended Holiday Return Policy or the
Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy, please check the Warranty
& Returns tab on the item's product page.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
(Those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is covered by OVIMETA's
Extended Holiday Return Policy")
• Return for refund until January 31, 2022.
• Return for replacement until January 31, 2022.
Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy
(Those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is covered by OVIMETA's
Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy")
• Return for replacement until January 31,
2022.
Standard Return Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Standard Return
Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is covered by OVIMETA's
Standard Return Policy", can be returned for a refund or replacement. You
must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Lifespan: Using PC components and
systems for cryptocurrency mining is known to significantly decrease the
lifespan of the product due to overuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
CPUs, video cards, solid-state and hard disk drives. In general, OVIMETA will
not accept returns of products which have exceeded the product’s lifespan due
to overuse.
45/1 Return Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's 45/1 Return
Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is covered by OVIMETA's
45/1 Return Policy", can be returned for a refund within 45 days of the
delivery date or can be returned for a replacement within 1 year of the
delivery date.
Replacement Only Return
Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Replacement Only
Return Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is
covered by OVIMETA's Replacement Only Return Policy", can only be returned
for a replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery
date.

Manufacturer Only Return
Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Manufacturer Only
Return Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is
covered by OVIMETA's Manufacturer Only Return Policy", cannot be returned
to OVIMETA. These items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
For information about the manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the terms
and conditions for the manufacturer's warranty or contact the manufacturer.
Consumable Product Return
Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Consumable Product
Return Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is
covered by OVIMETA's Consumable Product Return Policy", cannot be returned
to OVIMETA. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer
Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable
Software, Digital Products, Paper Products, Face Masks, Gift Cards, Prepaid
Cards, SIM Kits and etc. that are consumed once they are used.
Non-Contract Cell Phone
Return Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Non-Contract Cell
Phone Return Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states "This item is
covered by OVIMETA's Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy", can only be
returned for a replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the
delivery date.
Services and Extended
Warranties Return Policy
Items covered by OVIMETA's Services and
Extended Warranties Return Policy, those products for which OVIMETA states
"This item is covered by OVIMETA's Services and Extended Warranties Return
Policy", can be returned if the service or warranty has not been used or
redeemed. To receive a full refund, you must request a refund within 30 days of
the delivery date. For requests for refunds after 30 days, you may receive a
partial refund. A pro-rated refund may be provided by the warranty provider.
OVERALL RETURN GUIDELINES
These are OVIMETA's Overall Return
Guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the
individual return policy to apply.
• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA") number.
• You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, unless
otherwise stated above.
• Products that are received by OVIMETA in any of the following conditions are
not eligible for return and may be rejected:
ο Any product that does not exhibit the
described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product
that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
ο Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial
number label, missing UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or
warranty label.
ο Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally
included with the product.
ο Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product
damaged, please read our Report a Shipping Problem article for
guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be
considered a return.
ο Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
ο Any product which appears tampered with, customized or altered in any way.
ο Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on
the original box.
Restocking Fees
OVIMETA does not charge any restocking fees
for returns regardless of the reason for return.
Return Shipping Labels
OVIMETA does not charge for return shipping
labels for products up to 50lbs. You may request a courtesy prepaid return
label during the return creation process.
For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping
labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the
applicable return policy period. For returns of unopened items that were originally
shipped via large item shipments, customers are responsible for any such return
shipping costs.
In the event a product is returned that is (a) not defective, or (b) not the
same product originally purchased from the website, then the product will be
shipped back to the customer. If a refund to the customer has been processed,
then OVIMETA reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of
the return shipping from the customer to OVIMETA.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC RETURN
INFORMATION
Bundle Purchases
Bundles are offered as a way to purchase
multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a Bundle
for a refund, you must request a return within the applicable OVIMETA Return
Policy period and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE. Items sold as part of a
Bundle may be returned individually for replacement if you request a
replacement within the applicable OVIMETA Return Policy period for that
individual item.
Combo and Kits Purchases
Combos and Kits include two or more items
that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as
part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the
applicable OVIMETA Return Policy Period for that individual item.
If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable
discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the
amount of the refund. If your Combo/Kit discount amount is greater than the
individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be
returned for a refund by itself; you will need to return all items in the
Combo/Kit or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund.
For example, if your Combo/Kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items
for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount. Some combos are
restricted from returning individual products for a refund and must be returned
in their entirety. Please see combo product page for more specific
information.
TV & Video Products
For televisions with a screen size greater
than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping
courier's release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you
inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments
require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product's
delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any damage reported more than
48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by OVIMETA for
replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation
and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty
coverage, if any.
Zero Dead Pixel Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your
purchase, so OVIMETA will accept returns for monitors, TVs, and display
products with as few as one dead pixel within the product's eligible return
period.
Manufacturer Promotional Items and OVIMETA
Gifts
Manufacturers may offer free promotional
items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes
promotional items, all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional
items not returned will be deducted from the refund total. OVIMETA may also
offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for
special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore
do not have to be returned.
Pre-paid Card, Gift Packaging and Memberships
Purchases for prepaid cards, gift packaging
and memberships are not eligible for return.
Special Order Products
Special order products are not eligible for
return.
Quantity Purchases
While OVIMETA is more than happy to fill your
order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on
a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once
purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific
conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all
stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please
contact our customer service department with any questions you may have.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
OVIMETA does not take title to returned items
until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a
refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, OVIMETA
does not take title to the refunded item.
Cross-Shipping
We do not cross-ship. Returns must be
received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.
Refusing Delivery
Refused shipments are treated like regular
returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.
Defective Products
A defective product that is returned may be
repaired, replaced, or refunded at OVIMETA’s sole discretion, unless otherwise
required by law.
Disclaimer
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your
rights and remedies under any law.
Packaging Returns
The return must be properly packaged to
protect against damage in transit. Please note that any damage caused by
mishandling, improper installation or product defacement will result in your
return being denied and the product being returned to you.
Return Processing
Please allow 2-4 business days for products
"Sold and Shipped by OVIMETA" and “Shipped by OVIMETA” to be
processed after being received. For 3rd party marketplace orders "Sold and
Shipped by Seller”, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be
processed. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be
delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, we will send
you an email regarding your return.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to your
original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5
business days for your refund to post to your account. If the original payment
method is no longer available, OVIMETA will mail you a check to the billing
address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for items purchased as
gifts, OVIMETA will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. For returns
for refunds for items purchased through Bitpay, OVIMETA will issue you a refund
in the form of a OVIMETA gift card.
Store Credit
For returns for store credit, OVIMETA will
issue you store credit in the form of a OVIMETA Store Credit Gift Card. Once
your return has been processed, a OVIMETA Store Credit Gift Card will be issued
and sent to you via email within approximately 1 -2 business days. For

Replacements
For products that are eligible for return for
replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same
item. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different
items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return
the original item for a refund, in accordance with the Return Policy and then
purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item. If OVIMETA
no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is
simply out of stock, OVIMETA will issue you a refund. Once your return has been
processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 1
-2 business days.
